    【推荐】洋葱炒肉

    用料: 洋葱两个(喜欢吃的可以多加一个哦)
    五花肉一斤 鸡蛋一个 葱少许

    调料: 酱油、淀粉、盐 、黄酒、孜然 、辣椒粉 、花椒(可选)

    制作工序:
    1:洋葱切成丝,葱切成葱花,肉切成片,最后把肉加上淀粉,鸡蛋清,黄酒搅匀
    2: 在锅中倒入色拉油,待油温不是很热的时候家把肉放下去进行滑炒(油可以多一些) 炒至肉变 色后就马上盛起,装盘
    3: 再次在锅中倒入色拉油,等油温比较热的时候,把洋葱倒进取翻炒。洋葱炒的时间必须要长一些,这样炒出来的比较香,而且带甜味,很好吃。
    4:等洋葱炒软够把刚才炒的肉放进去,加入辣椒粉,孜然(这个必须要,作出来有羊肉的味道哦~~~),花椒(带麻辣味,吃不惯的可以不放,但是放了后炒出来很香)
    5:最后放入葱花。味精就不要加了,因为本身这样作出来的肉味道很鲜美!

    菜品介绍:炒熟的洋葱甜甜的,很好吃。由于肉中加了孜然,有拷羊肉的味道。

    所以一般我都是淀粉, 酱油 + 水, 最后再下, 打个献
